Our smart flexible TV assembly line system is an efficient automated production solution specially designed for modern display terminal manufacturing. The entire production line takes the industrial aluminum profile frame as the main structure and cooperates with a high-precision roller conveying system to achieve smooth flow of products between various stations. The single-line beat time can reach 15-30 seconds/unit, and the daily production capacity exceeds 2000 units.

2. Core technology architecture

1. Multi-layer three-dimensional conveying system The production line adopts an upper and lower double-layer circulation structure design. The upper layer is an assembly work area, equipped with anti-static green PVC belt conveyor belts, and the surface resistance is controlled between 10-10 Ω, effectively protecting precision electronic components; the lower layer is a tool plate return flow channel, which realizes automatic circulation of unloaded fixtures through a jacking translation mechanism, and the space utilization rate is increased by more than 40%. The width of the conveying line body can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 600-1200mm according to product specifications, and the replacement time is shortened to less than 30 minutes.
2. Each workstation is equipped with an HMI human-machine interface and an RFID reader and writer to collect full life cycle data such as product serial numbers, operators, and process parameters in real time. The system supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, and the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) can reach more than 85%.

The running smoothness of the wire body is controlled at ±0.5mm/m to eliminate the risk of panel damage during transportation. Green energy-saving design: The entire line adopts 24V safe voltage DC drive, which saves more than 30% energy compared with traditional AC motors. Equipped with the intelligent start-stop function, the production line will automatically enter the standby mode after no-load operation exceeds the set period of time, and the annual electricity consumption of a single device can reach 5000kWh. Ergonomic optimization: The height of the workstation can be electrically adjusted within the range of 750-850mm to adapt to operators of different heights; the lighting system adopts non-stroboscopic LED strip lights, and the illumination is maintained above 500Lux to reduce visual fatigue; The tool suspension system is arranged close to the material rack, and the picking and placing distance does not exceed 30cm, and the working intensity of a single workstation is reduced by 25%.
