2. Core technology architecture

1. Multi-layer three-dimensional conveying system The production line adopts an upper and lower double-layer circulation structure design. The upper layer is an assembly work area, equipped with anti-static green PVC belt conveyor belts, and the surface resistance is controlled between 10-10 Ω, effectively protecting precision electronic components; the lower layer is a tool plate return flow channel, which realizes automatic circulation of unloaded fixtures through a jacking translation mechanism, and the space utilization rate is increased by more than 40%.
