500kg Load Capacity Fully Automatic Circuit Breaker Assembly Line
product Overview
This is a fully automatic circuit breaker assembly line system specially designed for the high-voltage electrical industry. It adopts modular industrial architecture and precision automation technology to realize the full process of intelligent production of circuit breakers from component assembly to finished product testing. The core workstation of the system is equipped with a high-precision servo positioning mechanism and a pneumatic clamping device to ensure that the circuit breaker body weighing hundreds of kilograms can achieve precise millimeter-level flow between each process.
Core technical characteristics
1. The main body of the heavy-duty load-bearing conveying system assembly line adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy profile frame structure and is matched with a heavy-duty roller conveying line body. The single-station carrying capacity can reach more than 500kg. The conveying system is equipped with frequency conversion speed control drive, which supports stepless speed change of 0.1-5m/min to adapt to the needs of different assembly beats. The bottom tooling buffer area design (as shown in the figure for storing metal cup-shaped parts) enables rapid replacement and recycling of fixtures.
2. The central yellow assembly platform integrates XYZ three-axis servo sliding table and rotary positioning mechanism to support automated docking of core components such as circuit breaker poles, operating mechanisms, and arc-extinguishing chambers. The surface of the platform is equipped with an insulating protective layer and a positioning pin and hole matrix, which is compatible with the flexible production of various types of circuit breakers. The gray pneumatic clamps on both sides adopt symmetrical layout design, and the clamping force can be adjusted in the range of 50-2000N to ensure the stability of large insulating parts during the assembly process.
3. Orange safety fences and grating protection systems are configured around the man-machine collaboration safety architecture equipment to achieve physical isolation of man-machine working areas. The operation panel adopts an embedded industrial touch screen to display workstation status, torque data and quality traceability information in real time. The station number “15” logo indicates that the system supports large-scale production line layout expanded to 20+ stations.
Process adaptation capabilities
This system is specially designed for 12kV-40.5kV medium voltage circuit breakers and can complete the following key processes:
Pole assembly: Automatic press assembly of vacuum interrupter and epoxy resin fixed pole
Mechanism debugging: running-in test and characteristic curve detection of spring-operated mechanism
Circuit assembly: torque control and contact resistance detection of main circuit conductive parts
Final inspection test: mechanical life test, loop resistance test and power frequency withstand voltage test
By replacing the front-end positioning fixture and adjusting the servo program, product replacement can be completed within 30 minutes, meeting the customized production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.
quality control system
The system integrates an online inspection module, each assembly station is equipped with a torque sensor and displacement monitoring device, and key process data is automatically uploaded to the MES system. After being prompted by the red warning light, the unqualified products are diverted to the repair area by the lateral transfer mechanism to ensure that the one-time pass rate of off-line products is ≥99.2%. application value
This assembly line will more than triple the per capita output of traditional circuit breaker production, and control the assembly accuracy within ±0.05mm, effectively reducing the risk of insulation damage caused by manual operation. The modular design supports later workstation expansion and functional upgrades, and is the core equipment for electrical equipment manufacturers to realize intelligent manufacturing transformation.
