Product Structure and Technical Characteristics

Our switchgear assembly line adopts a modular design concept. The entire line consists of core units: a power roller conveyor system, automatic conveyor trolley, electrical component assembly area, secondary wiring area, product testing area, and rework workstation.
The line body uses a high-strength aluminum frame structure. It is equipped with double rows of heavy-duty power rollers. The conveying surface height can be customized (regular: 2000–4000mm). Conveying speed is adjustable from 5–15m/min, with a single-station maximum capacity of 1000kg. It meets assembly needs for circuit breakers and cabinets ranging from 12kV to 40.5kV.
The assembly line supports a one-in-two flexible layout. The front section is a mechanical assembly line, and the rear section is split into an electrical assembly line. Intelligent shunt and storage are realized through the middle buffer area, effectively balancing production cycles.
The entire line uses a Siemens PLC centralized control system. It supports remote monitoring, real-time production data collection, and paperless recording to achieve digital management of the production process.

Core Functions and Process Integration

This product integrates component assembly, secondary wiring, withstand voltage testing, functional debugging, and finished product packaging. It achieves full-process coverage for switch cabinet production.
To solve the cabinet consolidation problem in high-voltage switchgear assembly, we innovatively use a rail-type conveying solution. Cabinets can be automatically positioned and spliced online. Only 2 people are needed to complete the traditional 3-person, 1-hour consolidation operation, increasing efficiency by over 3 times.
The workstation module has standardized air supply, power interfaces, and tool racks. This supports plug-and-play use of auxiliary equipment like electric tools and pneumatic tools.
The tilting mechanism uses a built-in design. It enables 90-degree horizontal cabinet assembly, saving space and improving operational safety. The entire line has a built-in compressed air piping system. Standard interfaces are reserved for each workstation to ensure a clean and orderly production environment.

Intelligent and Flexible Advantages

This assembly line is highly flexible. By adjusting the tool pallet, it can adapt to mixed-line production of products with cabinet widths from 650mm to 1400mm.
The intelligent fork design ensures that a single station failure does not affect the entire line. It supports multi-variety, small-batch customized production models.
When integrated with the MES system, it achieves material traceability, quality control, and predictive equipment maintenance. The noise of the entire line is controlled below 75dB, meeting modern factory environmental requirements.
