vacuum circuit breaker automated assembly line
The vacuum circuit breaker automated assembly line is a production line that integrates mechanical, electrical, sensing and software systems to realize the entire process of vacuum circuit breakers from parts assembly to finished product inspection. The core value is to improve production efficiency and ensure product consistency and reduce labor costs.
1. production process
Taking a 10kV vacuum circuit breaker as an example, the standard process of automated assembly lines is usually divided into five key steps:
Workpiece loading: Manual or AGV trolley delivers parts such as circuit breaker shells and arc-extinguishing chambers to the beginning of the conveying line, and the vision system confirms the model and status of the parts.
Pre-assembly of parts: The robotic arm grasps the arc extinguishing chamber and fixes it to the shell. The automatic tightening machine completes the tightening of the connecting bolts, and at the same time detects whether the torque meets the standard.
Assembly of operating mechanism: Another group of robotic arms will butt the spring operating mechanism with the housing to complete pin insertion, wire connection and other actions to ensure smooth linkage between the mechanism and the arc extinguishing chamber.
Online inspection: When the workpiece enters the inspection station, the withstand voltage test (no breakdown when the specified voltage is applied), the mechanical characteristic test (recording the opening and closing time), and the airtightness test (for the sealed parts) are completed in turn, and the unqualified products are automatically diverted to the repair area.
Finished products are offline: After being automatically labeled (marked with model, batch, and production date), qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse by the conveyor line, and the MES system updates the production data simultaneously.
