Automated production process of washing machine assembly line
- Parts preparation: Transport the produced washing machine parts, such as inner cylinder, shell, motor, control panel, pulsator, water tank, etc., to the starting position of the assembly line through automated conveying equipment, and conduct inventory and quality inspection.
- Body assembly: First, the washing machine body is assembled, usually splicing and fixing the various components of the shell according to design requirements, and ensuring that the positions of each mounting hole are correct.
- Motor and control system installation: Install the motor to the designated position on the fuselage, connect the power cord and transmission device, and connect and debug the line at the same time to ensure that the motor and control system can work normally.
- Assembly of the inner cylinder and other components: Install the inner cylinder into the fuselage, and then install the pulsator, roller, dewatering bucket and other components in turn, as well as related components such as water tank and drainage system, and ensure that the connection between these components is tight and there is no water leakage, air leakage and other issues.
- Wire connection and organization: Connect and organize the wires inside the washing machine to ensure that the wires are firmly connected, well insulated, and there are no hidden dangers such as entanglement and short circuits.
- Quality inspection: Inspect the appearance quality and assembly quality of the washing machine to see if there are scratches, flaws, inadequate assembly and other problems. At the same time, check again whether the connection of each component is firm and whether the wires are neatly arranged to ensure that the overall quality of the washing machine is qualified.
