The precision conveying system adopts double-row double-speed chain conveying technology. The chain speed range is 0.5-5m/min and is steplessly adjustable, and the positioning accuracy reaches ±1 mm. The conveying line body adopts a combination structure of high-strength carbon steel frame and aluminum alloy guide rail, with a single-station carrying capacity of 150kg, which perfectly meets the assembly needs of heavy components such as compressors, condensers, and fan motors for external air conditioners. The unique tray positioning mechanism ensures the stability of the product during circulation and avoids damage to precision parts.

Modular flexible design The entire line adopts standardized modular unit design, and can be flexibly configured into linear, U-shaped or ring layout according to the customer’s factory layout. The standard workstation spacing is 2400mm, supporting the free combination of 12-24 assembly stations. Each workstation is equipped with independent air source, power supply and network interface to support rapid replacement. The line switching of different models of products can be completed within 30 minutes, meeting the flexible production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.

Key indicators such as production tempo, through-pass rate, and equipment OEE are presented through visual kanban to provide data support for production management decisions. Support remote monitoring and fault diagnosis to significantly reduce downtime and maintenance time.
